UPDATE OCTOBER 9, 2016

Buddha Belly had its inaugural reading as part of the Alliance of LA Playwrights LA/NY play exchange this weekend.

In LA, Buddha Belly was directed by Elin Hampton and actors were Michael Hanson and Tarah Pollock.

In NY the play was directed by Chelsea Anderson-Long with actors Alana Osborn-Lief and Geoffrey Lind.

The play will next be done as part of Portland's Fertile Ground Fesitval, January 19-29, 2017.

UPDATE JUNE 2016

Monday June 13th I'll be reading the role of Mercedes D'Acosta in Tom Lazarus' ARS GRATIA ARTIS at Sierra Madre Playhouse. This is a fascinating, mostly true account of photographer George Hurrell's foray into Hollywood. Mercedes was the lover/manager of Greta Garbo for a time.
Monday, June 13th, 7:00pm
87 Sierra Madre Blvd.
Sierra Madre, CA 91024
Admission is free.

June 23rd, I'll be a guest on WEHO sports. I'll be talking about the Muffia but I think we're going to deploy my cross-country vest in a simulated fall. It is a sports interview.

UPDATE APRIL 26, 2016

If you've never seen nor heard The Vagina Monologues, please come to EST (3296 Casitas Avenue, Atwater Village) on May 1 for a reading to benefit Project.org and V-Day charities.

Tickets are available here: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=7JQ9D7T6VP5HN.

My new Dollar Shave Club commercial had me dying my hair and squinting a lot. Check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNwo4uBk8vc

On Wednesday May 3, USC TV will air a segment about THE MUFFIA and writing. LA Channel 36 at 6 pm. I'll post the link once the segment is online.

Ocotillo is now a finalist at Route 66 Theatre Company in Chicago and The Playwrights Center, Minneapolis. One of these days it will actually be selected.

The University of Wisconsin/Madison Men's Tennis team has been having the best season in history under coach Danny Westerman. Big Ten play begins this weekend.

UPDATE MARCH 2016

The year has gotten off to a pretty good start. After having OCOTILLO selected as a finalist for a few fantastic theatre labs, it will have its first reading March 26 at 2 p.m. at EST/LA, 3296 Casitas Ave., LA, CA. Directed by Jenny O'Hara

I shot a TV pilot with Kevin Nealon. Also in the cast were David Arquette and Peter Bart. Lots of fun. Then the following week worked with NY Directors "The Speilbergs" on the new Dollar Shave campaign, playing (who else?) the power woman.
